• Use clear category naming and consistent channel/role architecture in your template JSON.
• Set fair pricing that matches the depth and polish of the delivered template.

Before you publish

• Test your structure in a fresh Discord server and verify permissions for all channels and roles.
• Remove empty placeholder categories unless they serve a clear setup purpose.
• Check template naming, onboarding channels, and moderation flow readability.
• Confirm your seller profile bio communicates your niche and support expectations.

Promotion best practices

Sellers can purchase promoted placement for published listings. Promotions increase visibility, but they do not replace quality. High conversion usually comes from strong screenshots, specific outcomes, and honest positioning.

• Promote templates with proven review performance first.
• Refresh listing descriptions before buying promotion windows.
• Track refund reasons and adjust weak onboarding sections quickly.
