ServerBay collects account identifiers (Discord ID, username, avatar), payment references, template metadata, and session/security logs.
Payment card data is processed by Stripe; ServerBay does not store full card numbers.
We use collected data to provide marketplace features, prevent abuse, verify purchases, and support sellers and buyers.
Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure and may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
You may request account data removal where legally permitted. Some records may be retained for dispute and tax purposes.
