You are responsible for account activity, credentials, and all content uploaded through your account or bot usage.
Templates are digital goods. Access is granted after verified payment and may be revoked for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or policy violations.
ServerBay may remove listings that violate IP rights, community rules, or legal requirements.
Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 90 days where legally allowed.
