Only approved sellers (`is_seller = true`) may list templates for sale.
Sellers must own rights to all uploaded content. No stolen, copied, or unauthorized template content is allowed.
Listings must be accurate: category, description, included structures, and pricing must reflect actual deliverables.
Abusive behavior (spam listings, manipulated reviews, fraud attempts, policy bypass, malicious templates) is grounds for immediate suspension.
ServerBay may unpublish listings, hold payouts, or terminate seller access for violations.
